Ford Division is announcing Hail Damage VIN Specific Bonus Cash, effective January 1, 2022.


On March 13, 2024, a number of units incurred hail-related damage resulting from a hail storm that passed through the greater Kansas City, Missouri area. Ford Motor Company has created a cash incentive program for affected, specific VINs to provide financial assistance to customers who decide to purchase [OR LEASE] vehicles with certain disclosable damage.
Any eligible Lincoln VINs should claim PGM 32129
- This is a VIN Specific Incentive.
- When claiming the incentive in VINCENT/Smart VINCENT, dealers will be required to enter the program number (#32436) in Claim Entry and the 10 Digit Certificate number (first two and last eight of the customer's new vehicle VIN) in claim entry.
- Run VIN through eligibility Sales Process, selecting this program along with other desired programs.
- Click button Verify Programs or Lock Deal (may require additional entry) If VIN is not eligible, SV will return message - Certificate not found.
- Eligible amount will not show until the deal is locked or in certificate inquiry using the first 2/last 8 of the eligible VIN.- Standard Rules of Eligibility dated 10/2025 apply.
- As a reminder, to avoid payment reversals, please run all VINs through Smart VINCENT with the proper sales type, delivery date, and customer zip code and retain a copy of the Summary Page or Lock Confirmation in the deal jacket.


Hail Damage VIN Specific Bonus Cash

Ford Division is announcing Pipeline Tagging Bonus Cash, effective July 6, 2023.


Vehicles that have been registered to a customer via the 'Customer Registration' tool at least 24 hours prior to vehicle arrival on dealer lot are eligible for this incentive.
Only stock order types are eligible for this incentive.
Vehicles registered on or after January 3, 2024 are ineligible.
