CLAIMING REIMBURSEMENT:

Dealer Reimbursement Process:

• Vehicle must be sold, delivered, and reported using new vehicle HFS retail finance, Honda Leadership Lease® or Honda Leadership Purchase Plan program through HFS (Zero Due at Signing Lease program NOT eligible)
• Dealer must claim VIN on Honda Performance Center www.myhondaperformancecenter.com. Claims may be submitted beginning April 4, 2025.
• Prior to submitting funding packet to HFS, Dealer must:
o Submit the Honda College Graduate Bonus claim through HPC, after RDR.
o Print 2 copies of claim confirmation; attaching one to the HFS contract and insert the second copy in the deal jacket
o Provide copy of:
? Diploma or college transcripts with proof of graduation eligibility.
? All other standard documents required by HFS.
• Must disclose the $500 Honda College Graduate Bonus Offer as customer Down Payment or Cap Cost Reduction Assistance on the contract (See HFS "At-A-Glance" Contracting Instructions below)
• Maximum of $500 Down Payment / Cap Cost Reduction Assistance may be redeemed per VIN
• Disclosure and diploma/transcripts will be validated prior to contract processing and payment release.
• The dealer will be reimbursed up to 45 days after the HFS contract and all required documentation is received and approved by HFS.

U.S. Military Retiree Requirements:

Gold Star Family Requirements:

• American Gold Star families are immediate relatives (Widow, Parents, Next of Kin) of members of the U.S. Armed Forces who have been killed in combat or in support of certain military activities.
o "Parents” includes mother, father, stepmother, stepfather, mother through adoption, father through adoption, and foster parents
o "Next of Kin" only includes children, brothers, sisters, half-brothers, and half-sisters; and the term "children" includes stepchildren and children through adoption
• Gold Star Family members must provide one of the following:
o Copy of the Report of Casualty (DD Form 1300)
o Copy of the application for Gold Star Lapel Button (DD Form 3)
