Ally Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program

Ally is pleased to announce a Lease to Retail Dealer Payment Program for dealers submitting Lease to Retail contracts to Ally.
When an Ally SmartLease customer exercises their option to purchase their vehicle and finances it through Ally the dealer will receive a cash bonus!

Eligible Dealers: All Automotive Dealers in All States

Eligible Transactions
- Used Standard Rate Retail Transactions
- Lease to Retail transactions Only
- The Lessee must purchase the vehicle they originally leased

Payment Details
- Ally will provide a cash bonus Lease to Retail payment when a lessee/co-lessee exercises their purchasing option and finances through Ally
- The payment is applicable to the dealers' state in which the transaction is completed
- The payment will be paid via the monthly Statement of Dealer Transactions (SDT)
- The payment is payable in addition to Minimum Participation and standard rate-based Dealer Finance Income and is not subject to chargebacks

Dealers must select 'Lease to Retail' in RouteOne and Dealertrack when submitting the Lease to Retail application to Ally.

Important Notes:
- This program is compatible with all other Ally promotions in the market
- Documentary, administrative and unofficial fees are prohibited any time an Ally lessee exercises the purchase option
- Dealer finance income may not exceed applicable Ally limits or amounts limited by state law

Eligibility: 
Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., and its respective parent companies, divisions, affiliations, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees are not eligible to redeem this certificate.

Dealer Instructions: 
Apply this certificate toward the down payment or capitalized cost reduction. THE CERTIFICATE AMOUNT MUST BE CLEARLY STATED IN THE “REBATES AND NONCASH CREDITS” OR SIMILAR DESIGNATION ON THE CONTRACT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT. For lease and finance contracts, dealer must send the original qualified Lexus certificate AND a copy of the contract with the certificate amount STATED ON the line identified for “Rebates and Noncash Credits” or a similar designation. All certificates must contain the new model and VIN number and must be signed and dated by the customer to be valid. The customer must take retail delivery on or before the expiration date for the certificate to be valid. Retain a copy of the certificate for your files.

Customer Instructions: Offer valid for the person named above who purchases or leases an eligible new Lexus at a participating Lexus dealer. Offer void where prohibited. Negotiate your best deal first, and then give the certificate to your dealer who will apply the discount toward the purchase price, toward the down payment on a finance contract, or toward the amount due at lease signing with any remainder toward the capitalized cost reduction on a lease. On approved credit. Not all applicants will qualify. Customer must take retail delivery on or before the expiration date for the certificate to be valid. If your vehicle is purchased for cash or financed through a lender other than the dealer, the certificate will be applied to the cash sales price. This certificate is transferable within a customer’s immediate family (spouse or children) residing at the same address. Limit one certificate per any new Lexus. Eligible vehicle must be from dealer stock. This certificate may be presented at all participating Lexus dealers in the contiguous U.S. and Alaska.

Lexus College Reward Program

Eligible Vehicles
New* Lexus vehicle from dealer stock.
*New and unlicensed non-J carried in dealership ground stock inventory that are sold and reported (RDR'd)
to the ultimate consumer during the program period and registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle
department.

Eligible Dealers
All participating Lexus Dealers serviced by an LFS Experience Center (EC); excludes Way360 dealers.

To obtain the College Reward benefits the customer must be (1) currently enrolled in an eligible degree program or
be a graduate from an eligible school within the current Incentive period or within the two years prior* to the
incentive period start date (2) provide proof of eligible degree status (3) provide proof of graduation all as defined
below.
Eligible School / Degree Programs: An “eligible school” is an accredited school in the 50 United States, U.S. Virgin
Islands or Puerto Rico. An “eligible degree” is defined as one of the following from an eligible school:
• A four-year undergraduate degree from a college/university or a registered nursing program; OR
• A two-year associate or undergraduate degree from a community college, junior college or technical
college or university; OR
• A graduate degree or current enrollment in a graduate school degree program.

Eligible Degree Status:
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate school degree program from an Eligible School; OR
• Have already obtained an Eligible Degree from an Eligible School within two years (as defined above).
Updated Process: Eligibility verification requirements:
• The customer MUST create an ID.me account and complete the verification process themselves.
• DO NOT use the dealer/dealer associate email address to “help” the customer create the account. ID.me
will detect these accounts and they will be suspended and flagged as “potentially fraudulent”. This may also
cause the customer to not be able to verify their identity through ID.me.
• If the customer fails verification, creating another account WILL NOT solve the issue and will only further
complicate the process. The car buyer should contact ID.me Member Support by emailing Help@id.me
or via chat at https://help.id.me/hc/en-us/requests/new for assistance.
To qualify for financing the customer must also:
• At contract signing, furnish verifiable proof of present employment or proof of future employment, which
will begin within 120 days of credit approval, with salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and
vehicle payments; AND
• Be approved for credit by, and finance or lease “the Vehicle” through a participating Dealer and LFS.
During the last 24 months, all obligations on your credit report must have been paid within 60 days of the
due date and your credit report must not show more than $1,000 in total charge-offs.
• To receive the College Reward benefits, the signer or co-signer must meet all the College Reward
qualifications.

Coast Guard and active Reserve) OR a U.S. Military inactive reserve (I.e., Ready Reserve) that are part of the
Individual Read Reserve, Selected Reserve and Inactive National Guard; OR
3. An honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Military within two calendar years of their discharged date; OR
4. A retired U.S. Military veteran, regardless of the date of separation from active service; OR
5. A spouse/surviving spouse and dependents of an eligible U.S. Military personnel (including Gold Star Family
Members):
• Goldstar family members are family members of a fallen hero(s) and are also considered as household
and/or family member are eligible for this program.
