Dealerships must report sales through NetStar DDR by selecting either the sales program “MIB - Non MBFS” or “MIB – MBFS” depending on sale type by the end of the program retail period.

Please review your DDR’s prior to month-end to ensure they are all reported under either “MIB - Non MBFS” or “MIB – MBFS” sales type. You are now able to cancel DDR’s on the retail close. Vehicles retailed under the wrong sales type will not be eligible for other offers.

Any non-compliance with the Rules by the Dealership may result in the recovery by chargeback or otherwise of discounts paid, or incurred as obligation, under the Program, by Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC from the Dealership.

2026 Mercedes-Benz Regional Cash Program
MBFS – Lease

MBUSA is pleased to announce the 2026 Mercedes-Benz Regional Cash program. This program is intended to provide additional Lease support to dealers in Lease-focused markets. Please utilize this cash incentive to create more competitive offers aimed at conquesting new owners and retaining our returning loyal customers. This program is combinable with other cash incentive programs, such as MIB and the Upgrade Certificate program.

Offer Details:
• Eligible for any new or ExCVP DDRs (using new car programs) of MY/Classes in the table above.
• Combinable with cash programs, such as MIB and the Upgrade Certificate Program. Exclusions apply; see the program matrix for compatibility.
• MBFS Non-Walkaway balloon is eligible. Utilize “MIB – MBFS Finance” at DDR.

Redemption Process:
• Regional cash will be automatically applied to eligible Sales when “MBFS-Lease” is selected at the time of the DDR.

• Dealer eligibility for this program is based on a number of factors including leasing performance within DMA. Please see the following page for full list of eligible dealers.

MBUSA Fleet Incentive Enhancement

Program forms are being updated to reflect this enhancement.
If a customer’s form is not current, the updated incentive may be written in by the selling dealer. 
MSS will reimburse your dealership the enhanced fleet incentive after the fleet DDR is submitted. 
These incentives may not be applied retroactively to cars already DDR’d.

Prior to finalizing the transaction, please verify program compatibility by referencing the monthly Compatibility Matrix, AND check the validity of the Control Number in NetStar using the ‘Control Number Inquiry Screen’.
Fleet Programs are not eligible for use with Brokers. Broker involvement will result in audit failure and chargeback.

Mercedes-Benz Upgrade Certificate program
MBUSA is pleased to announce the Mercedes-Benz Upgrade Certificate program. This program provides a limited number of Upgrade Certificates, which are intended to help in the conquesting of owners of competitive make vehicles. Please utilize these certificates strategically to help provide a payment advantage for new conquest customers.

Offer Details
• Eligible for any new or ExCVP DDRs (using new car programs) of MY/Classes in the table above.
• Offer only valid for named recipients or member of the same household. Offer may not be transferred.
• Limited to one certificate per purchase/lease.
• To receive the incentive, dealers must complete BOTH of the following steps:
o Input the Event Code (799235) and the GAP Certification Code at the time of DDR
o Submit a picture of the eligible competitive registration as an MSS Inquiry
• Exclusions apply, see the program matrix for compatibility.

Customer Eligibility
• Customers must have a current registration (MY20 or newer) from one of the following brands: Tesla, BMW, Land Rover, Lexus, Audi, Porsche, Cadillac, Volvo, Rivian, Lucid, Jaguar, Polestar, Acura, Genesis, Infiniti, or Lincoln.
• Dealer must include a copy of the competitive make Registration (named recipient or same address listed) in the deal jacket to ensure payment.
• Customers do not have to trade in their vehicle to qualify.
• Eligible household members must reside in the same household as the qualifying customer. Credit is non-transferable to other family members or friends outside the household.

Upgrade Certificate Process
• Dealers will receive a limited number of Mercedes-Benz “Upgrade Certificates” for the sales month. These will be provided by your Sales Operations Manager (SOM) in the form of GAP Certification Codes to be submitted with the DDR.

Dealer Validation and Redemption Process:
To redeem the Mercedes-Benz Upgrade Certificate offer, please use the following steps:
1. At the time of DDR, enter the Event Code: 799235
2. At the time of DDR, enter one of the GAP Certification Codes provided by your SOM. Each GAP Certification Code may be used only once.
3. Click “Validate” – This validates that the GAP Certification Code is valid and has not already been used.
4. Proceed with the DDR and any other applicable programs as per standard process. The applicable incentive amount from the chart on the prior page will be paid out following the submission of a valid GAP Certification Code and Event Code.
5. IMPORTANT: Following the DDR submission, you must submit a legible scanned copy or picture of the eligible competitive registration (eligible Make, and MY22 or newer) via the MSS Inquiry function. The attachment of the eligible competitive registration should be submitted in MSS by the end of the retail month. An additional 2 days’ grace period will be granted for vehicles DDR’d at the end of the month. For example, if you DDR a vehicle on December 1st 2025 (the last day of the November retail period), you may still submit the competitive registration through December 3rd 2025. Any vehicles that do not have a copy of the eligible competitive registration submitted by the 2nd day of the following retail month will have the Mercedes-Benz Upgrade Certificate incentive charged back.
6. Following the DDR and submission of registration, the customer name, registration, and address will be validated by MBUSA. Please ensure that either the customer’s name or address submitted at the time of DDR matches the customer who received the Upgrade Certificate offer. If the name and address do not match, the MB “Upgrade Certificate” will be charged back via MSS.

Mercedes-Benz Dealer Employee One Plus (DE1+) Program

The Dealership Employee One Plus (DE1+) Vehicle Program provides you, the dealership employee, an opportunity to purchase or lease up to two (2) vehicles per sales year at a very special price. These exciting offers are possible by combining the current incentives below and a suggested dealer contribution, which are valid until the end of each offer period.
*Any dealership employee is eligible for DE1+ provided that the dealership management elects to participate. This program is for eligible employees only, not for family and friends.
Participation in the Dealership Employee One Plus (DE1+) is highly encouraged to provide a valuable dealership employee benefit but is ultimately at the discretion of the dealership.
If there is no incentive available for the DE1+ Sales Program, the Dealership cannot retail the vehicle using the sales program in order to get the reduced acquisition fee.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the dealership employee must be on the Dealer Personnel Maintenance database, and have completed SOE required courses and Take Ten. The website will verify employee eligibility. Dealers should contact their Sales Operations Manager if there are enrollment issues.
Eligible dealership employee is entitled to two control numbers per calendar (sales) year for use toward the purchase or lease of a new vehicle in the DE1+ program. Control numbers requested for DE1+ are solely for the dealership employee.

Process
To obtain a DE1+ control number, go to the “Get a Control Number” tab on the MENU drop down. Enter MB ID, email address, VIN or PO# (not a required field), purchaser/lessee name and relationship to dealership employee. An email will systemically generate the DE1+ Claim Form which contains the control number.
Once the information above is submitted, a DE1+ control number will be returned on a Claim Form.
Dealership reports sale through NetStar DDR by selecting Sales Program “Dealer Employee Sale.” For DE1+, CAN number 021415 must be used with the 10-digit DE1+ Control number to receive the appropriate incentive.
Dealer must retain the completed DE1+ Claim Form in the sales file, along with a copy of the DDR showing entry of the control number and documentation showing the discounted price.
The Mercedes-Benz dealer performance bonus will be paid on these units quarterly.

MBUSA reserves the right to offer the DE1+ Program to non-qualifying individuals that it determines in its sole business discretion should participate in the DE1+ Program and such individuals will abide by all other terms and conditions set forth herein.
All questions or disputes relating to the eligibility of employees, vehicles, payments or other elements of this program shall be disposed of at the sole discretion of Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC, whose decision in such matters shall be final.
Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC, may, at any time, upon written notice to dealers, cancel, amend or modify these programs.
