CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:

Costco Affinity Program ( X pin)

Volvo Cars, in conjunction with Costco Wholesale Corp. (Costco) and Costco Auto Program (CAP), are 
pleased to announce the November – December private targeted offer to Costco members. This offer is 
intended for the primary Costco member and their information must appear first on the vehicle 
paperwork. Co-buyers outside the primary member’s household are not eligible to be on the vehicle 
paperwork (refer to the Customer Eligibility section below). The Costco Affinity Bonus is eligible 
with purchase or lease of a new eligible Volvo.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
?  Eligible buyer is defined as a Costco Gold Star or Business level Member or a member 
of their household only, customer must have been a member on or before October 31, 2025.
?  The eligible member must appear first on the vehicle paperwork.
?  Customers who identify themselves as eligible will need to provide their Volvo Limited-Time 
Special PIN Certificate containing their Promotion Code (Volvo PIN) (example: X123456 or Z123456).
?  A-Plan customers are permitted to combine the A-Plan bonus with the Costco incentive if they are 
an eligible Costco member. A-Plan Elite, VIP, and Preferred rules apply when using the A-Plan 
bonus. When a customer is combining the Costco incentive and A-Plan bonus, the A-Plan PIN must be 
entered as secondary when validating the Costco PIN. Two separate claims must be made in Claims 
Variable Marketing (CVM) for the Costco Incentive and the A-Plan bonus. For an A-Plan and Costco 
Incentive customer, select the A-Plan/Affinity Sales Type (16G or 16H) or Online A-Plan/Affinity 
(19G or 19H) in VISTA, and enter the Costco PIN. In Claims Variable Marketing, make two separate 
claims for A-Plan and the Costco Incentive. Please refer to the instructions in this bulletin and 
the A-Plan Sales Bulletin 25-0003 (or Sales Bulletin 25-0004 for A-Plan Retailer Employee Program 
(REP)).
?  Affinity customers (Military, First Responders, Healthcare Professionals, Teachers, and 
Additional Select Groups) are permitted to combine the Affinity bonus with the Costco incentive if 
they are an eligible Costco member. Affinity Program rules apply when using the Affinity bonus. 
When a customer is combining the Costco incentive and Affinity bonus, the Affinity PIN must be 
entered as secondary when validating the Costco PIN. A separate claim must be made according to the 
instructions on the Affinity Programs Sales Bulletin 25-0005.

NOT ELIGIBLE:
?  Co-buyers outside the Costco member’s household are not eligible for the Member-Only

?  Customers who have a Volvo PIN but cannot provide a valid Costco Volvo PIN
